Carrier Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Paid Training Provided | No Experience Required

Location: Chicago Office

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $50,000 base salary + commission

About the Role

Ready to start your career in freight brokerage and sales? We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our Carrier Sales team in Chicago!

No freight experience? No problem! We provide structured, hands-on training to help you learn the industry, build your skills, and grow into a successful Carrier Sales Representative.

You’ll learn how to source and build relationships with carriers, negotiate rates, and manage freight from pickup through delivery. As you gain experience, you’ll transition into managing your own shipments and carrier relationships.

What You'll Do

• Book and manage carriers for customer freight.
• Secure capacity and assist with rate negotiations.
• Track shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Communicate with carriers regarding load requirements and updates.
• Maintain accurate load information in our internal systems.
• Identify and escalate issues to support timely resolution.
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled.
• Work closely with the Carrier Sales Manager and the rest of the team.
