Q: What does it cost to book through Hardin Travels?

A: Nothing. Nada. Zilch. $0. My fees are paid through our parent company, so they pay us when you book.

Q: I want to go somewhere but travel is expensive

A. In most cases, travel concierges can provide payment plans for vacation packages. Travel partners require final payments 45-60 days prior to the dates of departure, so planning in advance can provide an opportunity to build the trip of your dreams without breaking the bank.

Q: Why would I pay a travel agent when I can book it myself?

A. You could very well book it yourself and many do, but self-booking travel can be so frustrating and time-consuming that you wind up not going anywhere. Ever happened to you? The experience, insider knowledge, research, and services of a travel concierge make your life easy breezy. It’s as if you’re already relaxing in a beach. Can you feel the wind?

Q: I have no doubt I’m going on this trip so why do I need travel insurance?

A. Travel insurance covers so much more than trip cancellation. Have you ever experienced extreme flight delays? Or, your bags lost for more than a few hours? What about ever getting sick during your vacation? All of these things can be covered by a solid travel insurance plan. It’s better to be covered than frustrated and sorry in the end. Hardin Travels can help you with the ins & outs of travel insurance and what will work best for your excursion.

Q: Can I have a payment plan for my vacation next month?

A. Unfortunately not. Expected trips within 30 days must be paid in full. Payment plans are normally available 45-60 days in advance of departure.

Q: What does my deposit cover?

A. Deposit amounts normally cover flight (when included) plus a small hotel deposit. Some travel partners allow a deposit for flights. Always discuss your deposit needs with your us to ensure all options are reviewed.

Q: How soon can I start planning my next vacation?

A: Trips that include flight can be planned as early as 10 months in advance. Flight schedules for the major commercial airlines are only available 10 months in advance. If flights do not need payment plans, hotels can be booked 12 months in advance in most cases. Some hotels will provide contracts for dates beyond 1 year if the travel is for a large group.
